Nicole Porter

Nicole Porter has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Nicole is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Services at Bank First since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Change Delivery & Portfolio Office at the same company from February 2022 to July 2023. Before joining Bank First, Nicole was the Head of Enterprise Delivery at MLC Life Insurance from June 2019 to December 2021. Nicole also worked as a Program Director at Medibank from May 2018 to June 2019. Previously, they held the position of Senior Program & Transformation Manager at Coles Financial Services from April 2014 to April 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Director at DST Bluedoor Pty Limited from February 2013 to April 2014. Nicole also worked at AXA/AMP as the Head of Platform Development from January 2011 to May 2012 and as a Program Manager at AXA from June 2000 to January 2011.

Nicole Porter completed the Financial Planning and Services program at Kaplan Professional from 2010 to 2012. In 2018, they enrolled in Southern Cross University to pursue a Master's degree in Project Management, and their studies are ongoing.
