Brenda Haese, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Officer at Bank First since October 2022, Brenda previously held roles such as Human Resources Manager at Redline Plastics, Human Resources Director at HUI, Inc., and Human Resources Manager at Tramontina USA, where responsibilities included directing human resources functions and collaborating with staff to align HR programs with organizational goals. Additional experience includes positions as Human Resource Generalist at Orion Energy Systems, Inc., where recruitment and benefits administration were managed, and Human Resource Analyst at Burger Boat Company, overseeing benefit plan implementations and payroll administration. Brenda holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Minor in Business Administration from UW-Green Bay and an Associate's degree in General Arts and Sciences from UW Manitowoc.
