Shauna Daswani

Shauna Daswani is an experienced professional currently serving as an Innovation Consultant at the Bank for International Settlements since May 2025, focusing on advancing financial innovation through AI, blockchain, and emerging technologies. Prior to this role, Shauna worked as a Procurement SaaS Consultant at Market Dojo from May 2023 to April 2025, and held positions at Revolut in Corporate Growth from August 2021 to May 2023, as well as an intern at the FinTech Association of Hong Kong, where efforts were directed towards accelerating the local FinTech ecosystem. Additional experience includes a Global Banking Summer Internship at Standard Chartered Bank, an Investor Relations Internship at Galaxy Entertainment Group, and roles in finance and asset management across various positions. Shauna holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemical Engineering from UCL and a High School Diploma from Island School.
