Rhonda Festervand

Rhonda Festervand has over thirty-five years of experience in the banking industry. Rhonda began their career at Klein Bank in 1981 as a Teller Supervisor. In 1983, they joined Wells Fargo Bank (FKA Allied Bank) as a VP. Rhonda then moved to Compass Bank in 1996 and held the same position. In 1998, Rhonda joined Sterling Bank as a VP. In 2007, they joined Allegiance Bank as the EVP/Director of Organizational Change, SPHR, SHRM-CP. Most recently, in 2020, they joined BankLabs as the Director of Account Management, where their responsibilities include connecting and building strong relationships with clients' key business executives and stakeholders, managing user groups for products, and acting as a liaison for clients.

Rhonda Festervand received a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree from LeTourneau University in 2001, with a focus in Management. In addition to their degree, Rhonda has obtained various certifications, including a Change Management Process certification from Prosci in March 2016, a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in November 2015, an SPHR certification from HRCI in December 2010, and a Master Trainer certification from Langevin Learning Services in February 2001.
