Dave Paulson

Dave Paulson is the Chief Banking Officer at Leumi USA. He joined Leumi in 2020.

Prior to joining Leumi, David was EVP, Head of Wholesale Banking at United Bank, where he led the bank’s commercial banking, commercial real estate, business banking, and cash management lines of business. He has more than 30 years of experience in corporate and commercial banking, and has held previous leadership roles at Santander Bank N.A., Wells Fargo, and Wachovia.

Dave has an MBA from Cornell University and a B.A. in Political Science and International Economics from University of Connecticut. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Bushnell Performing Arts Center in Connecticut.
