Samuel Hendro Siregar has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of Credit Processing and Loan Operations at Bank Mega since September 2015. In this role, Samuel oversees centralized credit operations, including monitoring and evaluating service level agreements, measuring productivity across various work units, and developing key performance indicators for the division. Samuel's previous positions at Bank Mega include Loan Operations Manager and Assistant Credit Operations Division Head, where responsibilities encompassed executing credit disbursement transactions, maintaining loan accounts, and ensuring compliance in operations. Samuel also has experience in credit administration from PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Universitas Negeri Medan, complemented by training in Operation Management Development at Bank Mega.
