Christanti Chayanah

Christanti Chayanah has a strong and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Christanti most recently worked as the Head of IT & Operational Risk Management and ERM at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the SVP - DBS CCO (Chief Control Office) at HSBC from August 2021 to January 2023.

Christanti'sprevious roles include being the VP - Head of Risk Management at FWD Insurance from July 2014 to July 2021, and the AVP - Head of Risk Management at PT AIA Financial from March 2012 to June 2014. Before that, they worked as the Head of IT & Operational Audit Sub Department - AVP in Internal Audit Division at Manulife from December 2011 to March 2012, and as the AVP - Compliance at AIA from December 2004 to November 2011.

Christanti Chayanah started their career as a Senior IS Auditor at Deloitte, where they worked from November 1999 to April 2004. With their diverse experience in risk management, compliance, and audit, they have developed a strong understanding of financial institutions and is well-equipped to handle complex responsibilities in these areas.

From 1995 to 1999, Christanti Chayanah pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computerized Accounting at Bina Nusantara University.
