Morina Yohana

Morina Yohana has a diverse range of work experience in various roles related to product design, management, development, and implementation. Morina started their career as an Implementation Supervisor at PT. Metalogix Infolink Persada in 2005 and worked there until 2014. Morina then joined PT Bank Sinarmas as the EChannel Development Dept Head from 2015 to 2018. After that, they worked as a Business Analyst at BPC Banking Technology from 2018 to 2019. Morina then joined PT. Bank MNC Internasional, Tbk. as a Digital Banking Product Development Specialist in 2019 and worked there until 2020. Currently, they are working at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk, where they started as a Product Manager in 2020 and is now the Head of the Product Design Division. Throughout their roles, Morina has demonstrated proficiency in analyzing requirements, preparing documents, overseeing development processes, and ensuring compliance with timelines and objectives. Morina has also shown leadership skills in managing teams and mentoring product managers.
