Deepika Bhardwaj

Deepika Bhardwaj has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Deepika started their career as a Project Intern at Sony Electronics in 2013, where they were trained in customer engagement and product launches. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Executive and Client Coordinator at HDFC HOME LOANS, gaining skills in customer contact and file maintenance. In 2015, Deepika joined Finlinkers Solutions as a Marketing Executive, developing teamwork skills. Deepika then moved to FIS, where they held multiple roles, including Global Disputes Analyst, Team Coach/ SME, Process Trainer/Mentor/Acting Team Lead, and Team Leader. In these roles, they handled high-profile customers and audited performance to meet quality standards. Currently, Deepika is working at Novo as an Operations Team Lead, responsible for the operations and payments team and communicating with upper management to develop strategic goals.

Deepika Bhardwaj completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from IMT CDL Ghaziabad between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Maharishi Dayanand University, studying from 2011 to 2014.
