Derek Leung

Derek Leung has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Derek started their career as a Business Analyst Co-op at Scotia Private Investment Counsel Executive Office in 2014. Derek then became a Business Intelligence Analyst at Connor Clark & Lunn Private Capital from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they joined MoneyKey as a Product Manager. Derek then transitioned into the role of Growth Marketing Manager at Snaptravel in 2019. Derek continued their career at Nearside as a User Acquisition Director from 2020 to 2022. Derek most recently worked at Cover Genius as a Partner Growth (CRO) Manager from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Affiliate Growth at Novo from June 2023 onwards.

Derek Leung has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business with a specialization in Finance from the University of Waterloo. Derek also participated in an exchange program at the National University of Singapore, studying International Economics.
