Karen Lim

Karen Lim currently serves as the Managing Director and Group Marketing Head at OCBC, a position held since February 2022, after progressing through important roles including Head of Marketing for OCBC Securities and Head of Wealth & Affluent Marketing for Group Marketing. Prior to OCBC, Karen spent nearly a decade at DBS Bank, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President overseeing Regional Bancassurance and Wealth & Private Bank Marketing. Karen's career also includes significant contributions in various positions at Citi, Standard Chartered Bank, and Singapore Airlines, and a notable career break spent leading the Help Portrait movement in underprivileged communities in South Africa and New Zealand. Educationally, Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
