Matthew Liaw is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and IT strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Core Platform (Assisted Channels) at OCBC Bank since January 2021, Matthew previously held key positions at NCS Group and Telstra, where responsibilities included overseeing enterprise architecture, driving agile methodologies, and managing significant IT portfolios. With a strong background in technology consulting from PwC and Accenture, Matthew has consistently delivered innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Matthew holds a BEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Imperial College London.
