Mayda Lim

Mayda Lim is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and infrastructure management across multiple regions. Currently serving as Managing Director of Technology Engineering at OCBC Bank since February 2021, Mayda leads a software development center spanning five locations and oversees a team of 800 developers. Previously, Mayda held key positions at ANZ, including Board Director and Head of Technology for the China Technology Campus, where strategic direction was provided for research and engineering initiatives. Notable roles at Thomson Reuters and Reuters included CTO and Regional Infrastructure Service Manager, respectively, focused on enhancing technology services and client interaction. Mayda's career commenced at Exel and Ford Motor Company, emphasizing IT Service Management and process improvement. Mayda Lim holds a BA (Hons) in Business Information Technology from Coventry University.
