Neha Mathur

Neha Mathur currently serves as the Head of Digital Marketing and Martech at OCBC, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Neha was the Director of Global Growth Marketing at Our Happy Company from May 2022 to July 2023 and held multiple positions at a Stealth Start-up, including Head of Growth & Engagement and Growth & Engagement Lead from October 2020 to April 2022. Neha has also worked at BCG Digital Ventures as Growth Lead, ClassPass in various leadership roles related to growth marketing, GuavaPass as VP of Marketing, Deliveroo as Head of Marketing, and American Express in marketing and consultancy roles. Neha began the career at the Royal Bank of Scotland as an International Wealth Manager. Neha holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from the University of Southern California, a Master's degree in Mass Communications from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, and a Diploma in International Baccalaureate from the United World College of South East Asia.
