Charlotte Bellamy

Charlotte Bellamy is currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel & Director at Bank of America, focusing on regulatory reform for the EMEA Global Corporate & Investment Banking business since December 2022. Prior to this role, Charlotte spent nearly a decade at the International Capital Market Association as Senior Director and Director of Market Practice and Regulatory Policy, overseeing the Regulatory Policy Committee and Legal & Documentation Committee while concentrating on regulatory and market practice developments in primary debt capital markets. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate in International Capital Markets at Allen & Overy, where responsibilities involved handling various debt capital markets transactions. Charlotte's legal education includes a Legal Practice Certificate from the College of Law, Moorgate, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nottingham.
