Zaied Al-Sultani is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. As the Chief Legal Officer and Co-Founder of Rayn since June 2018, Zaied has been instrumental in establishing the company's regulatory framework and strategy for electronic money institutions, Mifid, and cryptocurrency services. Zaied's expertise encompasses regulatory compliance, corporate governance, contract negotiation, and the development of legal and compliance departments across multiple jurisdictions. Previously, Zaied served as a Solicitor at JD Spicer Zeb, handling diverse financial crime cases, and as a Commercial Advisor at Zeus Uav Ltd, focusing on transactional negotiations in the drone industry. Zaied holds a Legal Practice Course from The University of Law, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from De Montfort University, and an International Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association.
