Jenny Kim Park

Jenny Kim Park currently serves as the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer and Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Bank of America, where responsibilities include strategic planning and initiatives to enhance diverse representation and advance underrepresented talent within Global Technology, Operations, and other support functions. Previously, Jenny held the position of HR Executive - Global Head of HR for Global Transaction Services at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and served as Head of HR for Global Markets Americas at HSBC Global Banking and Markets. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from San Francisco State University.
