Kechi Kwizera

Kechi Kwizera, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce development and corporate social responsibility, currently serving as Senior Vice President & Director for Workforce Development National Strategy & Execution at Bank of America. Previously, Kechi held various senior leadership roles at Bank of America, including Senior Vice President & Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and Leader On Loan for UPH System DEI Strategy. Additional experience includes roles at Seton Healthcare Family as Senior Improvement Advisor and Ascension as National Senior Solution Specialist. Kechi began the career as a Program Manager for the Sustainable Household Income Project at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital and also worked as a Support Associate in home healthcare for ResCare. Kechi holds an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy and Operations Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from Manchester University.
