Kumar Subramanyan is a seasoned Managing Director at Bank of America, serving as the Head of Capital Markets Technology and Digital since October 2008. With over 20 years of expertise in delivering advanced client-facing applications and data analytics solutions across Capital Markets, Investment Research, and Asset Management, Kumar has played a pivotal role in transformational leadership and technology strategy. As the Head of Capital Markets Technology and Co-Head of Research Technology, responsibilities include managing debt and equity capital markets applications and spearheading the development of innovative digital research tools. Previous experience includes positions at Helios and Matheson North America, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, HCL Technologies, and Morgan Stanley, contributing to significant project development and management across various financial services.
