Saroj Mahapatra

Saroj Mahapatra is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in electronic trading and market making. Currently serving as the Global Head of CRB Product and Head of Electronic Trading Product at Bank of America since August 2009, Saroj oversees a range of trading strategies, including algorithmic trading and execution consulting. Prior to this role, Saroj held the position of Managing Director at Bank of America, leading the Global Head of Equity Options Market Making Business with a focus on high-frequency trading. Before joining Bank of America, Saroj was a Managing Director at UBS from July 2005 to July 2009, where management of high-frequency trading technology and teams was a key responsibility. Saroj holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, earned between 1988 and 1992.
