Starting as a Senior Team Lead, Wei managed settlement issues with investors and led a team of five team leads. Currently serving as the Vice President and Assistant Vice President, Global Compliance Specialist, Wei oversees compliance risk in Loss Mitigation within LAS, ensures projects comply with regulatory requirements, and assists in developing and revising policies and procedures to reflect current regulations.
