Chenxiao Du has extensive work experience in the finance and banking industry. Chenxiao started their career as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2009. Chenxiao then worked as a Risk Analyst Summer Intern for a joint project of Edison Mission Energy and the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2012. In 2013, they joined BB&T as a Corporate Credit Risk Quantitative Analyst. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as an AVP and later as a VP, Senior Model Validation Analyst. Chenxiao then joined the Bank of China in 2020 as the VP of Credit Risk Analytics.

Chenxiao Du obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geophysics from China University of Geosciences (Beijing) in 2006. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Geophysics and Seismology from China Earthquake Administration from 2006 to 2009. Finally, Chenxiao completed another Master's Degree in Quantitative and Computational Finance/Geophysics from Georgia Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2013.
