Phillip Kong

Phillip Kong is a Senior Legal Counsel at Bank of China with extensive experience in consumer retail banking and general banking law. Prior to their current role, Phillip worked as a Senior Lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright, specializing in financial institution licensing, regulatory compliance, and responsible lending obligations. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws degree from Monash University.
