Steven Xiaowen Li

Steven Xiaowen Li has over a decade of extensive experience in system management and procurement within the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as an Assistant Vice President and System Manager in Procurement Management at Bank of China since 2011, Steven is responsible for managing the bank's IT systems and overseeing relationships with global suppliers. Prior to this role, Steven held positions as a Procurement Senior Officer, where responsibilities included supplier management and cost-saving initiatives.
