Todd Simon

Todd Simon is a Senior Mortgage Originator, licensed nationwide, with experience in mortgage loan origination for first time home buyers, existing home owners, new construction financing, mortgage refinance, and second home/investment property. Todd has previously worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Network Funding, LP and as a Home Mortgage Consultant at Wells Fargo. Prior to their career in the mortgage industry, Todd worked as a Teacher at Union Grove High School, teaching Health and Physical Education for grades nine through twelve and coaching football and track & field. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Carroll University and has a background in inside/outside sales skills as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo.
