David Torre

David Torre has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. David is currently serving as the Vice President and Business Intelligence Architect at Bank of Guam since October 2020. Prior to that, they were a Board Member at Guam Triathlon Federation since April 2011. David also worked as a Project Manager at Guam Radiology Consultants from May 2019 to October 2020.

In their earlier career, David held positions at TakeCare Insurance Company, Inc. as a Senior Manager and Project Director from September 2012 to February 2019. David also served as a Project Director/Manager at the same company from October 2011 to February 2019. Before that, they worked as the Director of Sales Engineering at GTA | Teleguam Holdings LLC from August 2005 to October 2011.

David's career started at Intel Corporation, where they worked as a Project Manager and Program Manager from October 2000 to August 2005. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from August 1996 to October 2000. David also worked as a Technical Consultant and Webmaster at Sage from May 1994 to August 1996. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Inside Sales Representative at The Barrington Group LTD from 1992 to 1994.

David Torre holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Marquette University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals from Databricks and is a Salesforce Certified Associate. David has also achieved the Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist designation from the Employer Healthcare & Benefits Congress.
