Evelyn Carroll

Evelyn Carroll has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of People Transformation at Bank of Ireland since April 2014, where previous roles included Organisation Design & People Change Lead and Head of Leadership, Talent & Resourcing. Additionally, from July 2019 to August 2023, Evelyn held the position of Non-Executive Director at Technological University Dublin. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Macquarie Group as Global Talent COE Lead and ANZ as Interim L&D Business Partner. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Bank of Scotland (Ireland), Pearn Kandola, and Bank of Ireland, with a solid foundation in psychology, holding an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a BSc in Psychology from Queen's University Belfast.
