Ronen Kaufman

Ronen Kaufman has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Ronen is currently the Head of Human Resources & Administration Division at Bank of Israel, a position they have held since November 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Human Resources Division at the Weizmann Institute of Science from June 2014 to November 2020. Ronen has also held various HR positions at Psagot Ofek, Menora Mivtachim, Magic Software Enterprises, and ECI Telecom.

Ronen Kaufman obtained their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Tel Aviv University. Ronen attended the university from 1991 to 1994.
