Risper Alaro-Mukoto

Risper is an Accredited Certified Coach, Non-Executive Director and Finance professional. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE), Bank of Kigali, PS Kenya and Kenya Climate Ventures (KCV). She is an adjunct faculty and Associate Executive Leadership Coach at CDI Africa Coaching Group.

Until 2018, Risper served as the Managing Director of Centum Business Solutions Limited (CBS); a uniquely structured integrated shared services subsidiary of Centum Investment PLC. Prior to this position, she served Centum Investment PLC as Group Finance & Operations Director.

Risper holds a MBA from USIU Africa and a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Moi University. She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a member of the Institute of Certified Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Fellow of the Archbishop Desmond Tutu African Leadership Institute.
