Bob Ceccato

Bob Ceccato has a strong background in the banking industry, with extensive experience in various senior leadership roles. Bob currently serves as the Vice President at Bank of Marin, where they develop and implements growth strategies to increase revenue. Bob's responsibilities also include nurturing and expanding commercial relationships with stakeholders and prospective business clients. Prior to this, they founded Ceccato Consulting in 2019, where they worked as a Principal, Strategic Advisor, and Thought Leader. In this role, they assisted financial services companies in translating the voice of the customer into actionable strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Before starting their consulting firm, Bob held various senior leadership positions at Wells Fargo. Bob served as the Senior Vice President (SVP), Customer Experience Leader for the Pacific North Region, where they successfully improved customer satisfaction levels and provided customer experience strategies to reduce churn and increase revenues. Bob also held the role of SVP, Regional Affluent Segment, and Service Leader, where they recommended coaching protocols to improve customer experience and implemented strategies for mass and emerging affluent markets. Additionally, at Wells Fargo, Bob served as the SVP, Region President for Northern California, overseeing multiple branches and leading the region's market performance during an economic downturn. Bob also managed in-store banking for a large number of branches as the SVP, Market Area Manager, Community Banking. During their tenure, they achieved significant sales results and focused on operational excellence.

Bob Ceccato has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business. Bob also has a Masters in Banking from the Pacific Coast Banking School. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as the Interim Executives Academy from Third Sector Company, Sales and Service Training Certification from Wells Fargo, Series 7 Licensed from FINRA, and Wells Fargo Commercial Lending Certification.
