Deepak Bhakoo

Deepak Bhakoo has extensive experience in the banking industry. Deepak started their career at Citizens Bank as a Financial Representative in 2004 and then moved on to Gold Country Bank as a Credit Analyst III / Commercial Loan Officer from 2006 to 2009. Deepak then joined Community Business Bank as an AVP/Commercial Loan Officer from 2009 to 2013.

From 2013 to 2015, Bhakoo worked at Wells Fargo as a Commercial Loan Officer. Deepak then joined Rabobank N.A. where they held multiple roles including Assistant Vice President / Financial Analyst from 2015 to 2016, AVP/Commercial REIG Portfolio Manager from 2016 to 2017, and Vice President Relationship Manager III from 2017 to 2019.

Bhakoo then worked at Mechanics Bank as a Vice President Relationship Manager III from 2015 to 2020. Deepak then moved to Bank of the Sierra where they served as Senior Vice President, Regional Business Development Manager from 2020 to 2021 and later as Senior Vice President, Division Manager of Commercial Banking Group until November 2021.

Currently, Bhakoo is working at Bank of Marin as the SVP, Commercial Banking Sales Manager starting from November 2021.

Deepak Bhakoo attended the University of Washington from 2019 to 2024, where they pursued a degree in Pacific Coast Banking School as part of their graduate studies in banking.
