Hoseyn K. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and business management across the banking sector. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Business Management at Bank of Sharjah since July 2025, Hoseyn previously held the position of Head of Business Development at Al Masraf, where collaboration with the CEO and Deputy CEO aimed at defining the bank's growth strategy and enhancing operational leadership. Hoseyn also contributed to the launch of RBC's Technology & Innovation Banking platform as the Vice President of Relationship Management in Commercial Banking. Prior consultancy experience involved advising tech and fintech firms in the UK and Canada on strategic growth and financial planning. Hoseyn holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Management from Leeds Beckett University and a BSc in Banking Practice and Management from LIBF.
