Alex Castro

Alex Castro is a seasoned product development professional with experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Product Development Officer at Bank of the Philippine Islands since January 2024. Prior to this role, Alex worked as a Brand and Channel Manager for Digital Deposits at the same institution. Experience includes managing portfolio actions and interest-bearing installments as a Product Manager at both UnionBank of the Philippines and Citi from March 2020 to December 2023. Alex also held the position of Program Manager for 0% PayLite at Citi, specializing in merchant installment programs. Alex holds a degree in AB Management Economics from Ateneo de Manila University, obtained in 2019, and graduated from Miriam College with a high school diploma in 2015.
