Chairell Winston Almendras has a wealth of experience in the digital marketing and brand management field. Starting in 2011 at Globe Telecom, they led digital marketing projects and was responsible for strategic planning for brand communications across various platforms. In 2015, they joined Nestlé as the Digital Lead, overseeing consumer engagement services for Wyeth Nutrition. Chairell then moved to Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) in 2018, where they held several roles, including Department Head of Digital, Media, and Advertising and Publicity. Chairell Winston then progressed to become the Division Head of Institutional Brand Management and Digital, and eventually took on the role of Vice President and Head of Institutional Brand Management and Digital Division. Throughout their career, Chairell has demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, online advertising, social media, and analytics.
Chairell Winston Almendras completed a Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ateneo de Davao University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In 2008, they also obtained a license as an Electronics Engineer from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
