Dale Escueta

Dale Escueta currently serves as the Head of Agile @ Scale at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Dale held several significant positions at Robinsons Bank Corporation from December 2016 to January 2024, including Digital Transformation Head, Consumer Tribe Lead in the Digital Organization, and Head of Cards Marketing & Portfolio Management. Experience at Standard Chartered Bank spanned from July 2013 to November 2016, where Dale was the CCPL Portfolio Management Head, and earlier roles at Globe Telecom included Loyalty Marketing Manager and Segment Planning Manager from May 2010 to June 2013. Dale also worked at Standard Chartered Bank from September 2007 to May 2010 as Portfolio Marketing Manager. Dale Escueta earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from De La Salle University between 1987 and 1992.
