Leean T. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Additionally, Leean worked as a Student Consultant at Rocket Software as part of the University of Sydney's Master of Management program. Their responsibilities included conducting market research, reviewing products and services, analyzing data, and presenting findings to the Asia Pacific Channel Director.

During their time at Ateneo de Manila University, Leean was a Business Owner, operating two university-wide food stalls specializing in Italian gourmet dishes and on-the-go crepe sandwiches. They managed various aspects of the business, including sales, product inventory, marketing, human resources, legal, and finances. Leean also served as a Teaching Assistant during this time.

Lastly, Leean gained internship experience at IBM as a Student Intern. Overall, Leean's work experience showcases their expertise in marketing, business analysis, project management, and entrepreneurship.

Leean T. obtained a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Sydney in 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems at Ateneo de Manila University from 2011 to 2015. Leean also attended the University of Technology Sydney as an exchange student for a few months in 2013.
