Agnes Ibaarah

Agnes Ibaarah is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Deputy Director of Human Resources at the Bank of Uganda, a position held since July 2012. Prior to this role, Agnes worked as a Human Resource Business Manager at the National Social Security Fund from April 2004 to June 2012. Agnes Ibaarah holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from The University of Manchester, obtained between 2000 and 2001, and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development designation from REED BUSINESS SCHOOL-UK, completed from 2009 to 2010.
