Vishal Bhargava

Vishal Bhargava is an accomplished talent acquisition and human resources leader with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at IDFC FIRST Bank since July 2023, Vishal leads a team of over 135 professionals in talent acquisition, employee communications, and employer branding. Prior roles include Vice President at Bank of America, overseeing technology hiring and diversity initiatives, and Director and Head of Talent Acquisition at TIAA Global Business Services, where Vishal managed talent acquisition across multiple functions. Vishal has also held senior positions at AGS Transact Technologies, Repro India Limited, Hutchison 3 Global Services, and Bharti Axa Life Insurance, demonstrating a strong track record in strategic HR and recruitment. Vishal's educational background includes a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, a degree in Human Resource Management, and completion of the V Lead Programme from the Indian School of Business.
