Lincoln Matenga

Lincoln Matenga is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Currency Front Office Operations at the Bank of Zambia since January 2008, Lincoln Matenga oversees the receipt, processing, and payment of cash and non-cash items while optimizing currency management. Previous roles at the Bank of Zambia include Assistant Manager of Vaults Management and Assistant Manager of Currency Processing. Prior experience includes serving as an Inspector of Taxes at the Zambia Revenue Authority, where responsibilities encompassed tax assessments, audits, and data cleansing. Lincoln Matenga started a career in finance as a Graduate Trainee Officer at Finance Bank Zambia Limited. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Copperbelt University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
