Hajar Rahmani

Hajar Rahmani serves as the head of the research and strategic planning department at Bank Pasargad, a position held since July 2007. Responsibilities include strategic planning, product and service development, budgeting, and performance measurement. With expertise in strategic management, banking, and financial analysis, Hajar has also mentored ACCA students in their practical experience process as an approved employer. In addition, Hajar is a national excellence assessor for the Industrial Management Institute of Iran, focusing on assessments based on the EFQM model. Hajar holds a Master’s degree in professional accountancy from the University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Allameh Tabataba'i University.
