Aleksandra Jaworska

Aleksandra Jaworska has extensive experience in the banking and financial industry. Aleksandra recently worked as the Director of Operations Area at Bank Pekao S.A. starting in November 2020. Before that, they held various positions at mBank S.A., including Transformation Director from June 2018 to October 2020, Director of Financial Markets Settlement and Services Department in Operations area from December 2013 to May 2018, and Director of Settlement and Custody Department from August 2010 to November 2013. Prior to mBank S.A., they worked at Allianz Group as the Director of Payments and Settlement Department from January 2008 to July 2010. Aleksandra also served as the Head of Treasury Operations at Polbank EFG from November 2005 to January 2008, and as a Senior Operations Specialist at BNP Paribas from June 1996 to October 2005.

Aleksandra Jaworska has a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Technology and Economics, earned between 2000 and 2001. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Business Administration and Management from Wyższa Szkoła Ekologii i Zarządzania w Warszawie, completed between 1995 and 1998. Aleksandra also completed executive education programs at the Columbia Business School, specializing in High Impact Leadership in 2019 and Mergers and Acquisitions in 2022.
