Błażej Lutkowski

Błażej Lutkowski has a comprehensive work experience in the IT industry. Błażej started their career in 2007 as a Software Developer at AIS.PL, LLC. In 2008, they joined SII Polska as a Java Developer, where they worked on developing a CRM/SFA system from scratch. Błażej gained experience in data model designing, solutions development, testing, documenting, and business analysis. In 2009, they joined Bank Pekao as a Project Designer and later became a Team Manager. At Bank Pekao, they managed systems development and projects for various teams, including Data Warehouse, Customer Service Support Systems, Automation and Robotics, and Big Data Area Development. Błażej was also actively involved in architecture building, coordination of developers and analysts, and optimization of applications. Błażej left Bank Pekao as an IT Director in February 2018.

Błażej Lutkowski obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Kozminski University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they pursued Postgraduate Management Studies in IT Project Management at the University of Warsaw from 2008 to 2009. Their undergraduate education took place at Nicolaus Copernicus University from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Technical Physicist / Information Technologies.
