MacIej Przybyła

Maciej Przybyła, CFA has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Maciej started their career in 2003 as a Database Project Coordinator at Central European Science Journals. Maciej then worked as a Data Modeling Specialist/Analyst at StatConsulting, where they collaborated on analytical projects for the CRM Department of Polkomtel S.A. In 2005, Maciej joined HSBC Bank Polska S.A. as a Credit Cards Analyst and later became a Sales Management Support Team Leader and Consumer Finance Controlling Team Leader. In 2008, they worked as a Planning and Analysis Manager at Dom Maklerski IDM S.A. In 2009, Maciej joined KBC Consumer Finance Poland, Żagiel S.A. as a Lead Marketing Analyst before transitioning to Bank Pekao S.A., where they held various positions, including Expert, Team Leader, and Director in the Financial Planning Department. Alongside their work experience, Maciej also served as an Instructor at Warsaw School of Information Technology.

Maciej Przybyła, CFA has a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling from The Silesian University of Technology, earned from 1999 to 2004. Maciej also holds a Ph.D. in Optimization and Mathematical Modeling from the Systems Research Institute, Polish Academy of Sciences, obtained from 2005 to 2009. In terms of postgraduate studies, Maciej completed a program in Risk Management in Financial Institutions from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2008-2009. Maciej also pursued postgraduate studies in Data Science in Business Applications from the University of Warsaw, completed from 2019 to 2021. Recently, Maciej has been engaged in a postgraduate program in Psychology in Practice from the University of Warsaw, which started in 2021 and will be completed in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute.
