Yerzhan Bekbossynov is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and service management. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Support at Bank RBK since February 2022, Yerzhan previously held the position of Head of Service Desk at Smartapps.kz, overseeing a team of six and managing service quality, personnel training, and customer satisfaction. With a strong background in IT roles at companies such as Efes Kazakhstan JSC FE, SGS Kazakhstan, Vario Print LLP, and others, Yerzhan has developed expertise in help desk coordination, peripheral equipment maintenance, fixed assets management, and mobile device management. Yerzhan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Processing and Information Management from KazNAU, earned between 2003 and 2008.
