Arijana Mesan

Arijana Mesan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Their most recent role was as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Bancstar, Inc. starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at the same company from October 2010 to March 2023. Before joining Bancstar, Inc., Arijana worked at Vatterott Educational Centers, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources from October 2007 to October 2010, and as an HR Manager from October 2007 to October 2008. Arijana also worked as a Senior HR Specialist at CCA Global Partners from January 2005 to October 2007. In their earlier career, Arijana was a Training Coordinator at Vi-Jon from 2000 to 2004 and worked in front desk roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Hyatt Regency from 1995 to 2000.

Arijana Mesan attended Gimnazija Prijedor from 1988 to 1992. Arijana then enrolled at Saint Louis University from 1995 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts in Training and Development and HR Management at Webster University from 2001 to 2004. Lastly, in 2013, Arijana completed an HR Certificate in Human Resources in Banking at the Graduate School of Banking.
