Lisa Fite

Lisa Fite serves as Executive Vice President of Retail Banking and Human Resources Director. Lisa has been in banking and the financial industry for over 34 years. She began her banking career as a Teller with Community Bank of Germantown in 1982. She later moved to a full-time position as a Teller and then as a Personal Banker. Lisa served as a Banking Officer and Branch Manager for Victory Bank and Trust Company in 1988. Lisa most recently served as a Branch Manager, Retail Coordinator, Conversion Team Specialist and Bank Operations Officer for Renasant Bank for the last 17 years.
