Marc Minish

Marc Minish is a seasoned banking professional with a comprehensive background in business transformation and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Business Transformation Executive at Bank47 since July 2025, Marc is responsible for leading change initiatives that align strategic goals with the Bank's priorities. Previously, Marc co-founded Nova Bank, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Executive and Chief Credit Officer, along with holding the position of President at Cove Holdings, LLC. As an Independent Banking Consultant, Marc provided expertise in loan reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance from January 2020 to April 2023. Marc's career began at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), where from September 2009 to January 2020, responsibilities included leading examination teams and conducting financial analyses of insured depository institutions. Marc has furthered education by obtaining certifications in fraud examination and internal audit data analytics.
