Julio Hailu

Julio Hailu is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Global VP of People at Bankable since June 2023, where the focus is on driving financial success through innovative banking solutions. Prior to this role, Julio served as the Head of People and Culture at AREX Markets, contributing to improved SME access to capital, and held the same position at Blueliv, a cyberthreat intelligence start-up.
