Ana Gastélum Dourritzague has been working in the professional world since 2014. Ana started as a Business Operations Intern & Event Manager at Grupo Mundomex in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Community Manager at Ibero 90.9. In 2016, they were Co-Founder at Medilinx. From 2018 to 2021, they held two roles at New Ventures, first as a Strategic Alliances Manager and then as a Project Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Impact & Customer Success at Bankaya.

Ana Gastélum Dourritzague has a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Major in Marketing from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, which they obtained between 2013 and 2017. Ana also has additional certifications from the British Council, including BEC Vantage (obtained in 2016) and IELTS (obtained in 2015). Additionally, they have taken courses in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and Business/Commerce, General from the University of Melbourne.
