Ali al Wahaibi

Ali Al Wahaibi has a diverse work experience in the banking sector, holding various roles in different organizations. Ali started their career as an Officer at Oman International Bank in 1991 and then worked as an Audit Manager at National Bank of Oman, focusing on Compliance Testing and Reporting. Ali later served as the Chief Manager of Compliance at Bank Sohar before joining Standard Chartered Bank as an Audit Manager and then being promoted to Country Head of Internal Audit. Ali subsequently became the Head of Audit for Oman at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi and is currently the Head of Audit at First Abu Dhabi Bank. Throughout their career, Ali has demonstrated expertise in audit management, compliance, and internal control.

Ali Al Wahaibi obtained an MBA from the University of Strathclyde Business School, specializing in Business and Administration, between 2006 and 2010.
